“The best way to not feel hopeless is to get up and do something. Don’t wait for good things to happen to you. If you go out and make some good things happen, you will fill the world with hope, you will fill yourself with hope” Barack Obama

Biographies

Sarah Jones – Director

With over 30 years Management experience, the last 10 in the Care Industry, Sarah has worked in both residential settings, supported living provisions and even with a website developed to provide services under Our Health, Our Care, Our Say. Working closely with professionals and outside agencies as well as internal Management to ensure that service users were safe and supported as per their individual needs and wishes she mainly enjoyed working with the families and service users themselves and seeing the growth as a person gave them. Sarah is a manic organiser, a control freak and a lover of spreadsheets – and she loves the challenges that her recent job and this new venture are throwing at her. She is also looking forward to working closely with her family. Sarah is currently working towards her QCF 5 in Leadership & Management.

Sarah created A Perfect PA late one night and early one morning whilst searching for a chance to put something back to society whilst creating a sustainable family business which would build on knowledge and experience gained, reward excellence in workmanship and which would encourage positive support and assistance in the community.

In June 2015 Sarah was diagnosed with Breast Cancer which unfortunately spread, the support and treatment she has and is receiving has meant that she is positive and encouraged to make a positive contribution back.

A Perfect PA is a new Company to facilitate that contribution. It will provide positive, personalised and flexible support whilst giving employment to those in the community who can make a difference to someone’s life.

Paul Smith – Director

Hailing from Grimsby, Paul has his own Painting and Decorating business working mainly in the Herts and Bucks area. As a sole trader, he has been lucky to be very successful with all of his work originating as recommendations or re-books. He is also looking forward to this new challenge – he will assess and monitor the safe tradespeople we will work with as well as checking and signing off work as approved by the customer.

Kelsey Toner – Daughter

Currently studying a Hairdressing apprenticeship with HOB Salons, Kelsey is proud to be working at their Academy in Camden assisting the Directors with photo shoots and lectures. Kelsey is looking to graduate towards the end of 2017. She is supporting her mum with the Social Media side of the business and she really does need supporting!! Kelsey is also a fantastic supporter of the business and is looking forward to providing PA Services on her days off. Kelsey is an experience Support Worker having worked part time in supported living for the past 3 years.

Tasha Toner – Daughter

Currently deciding what to do with her life – yep, she is still that young, Tasha has been working in the Care Industry with her mum for the past 2 years whilst studying for her QCF in Adult Social Care. Tasha will be supporting the Company with its day to day running and is looking forward to providing PA services to the community.

Duke & Goldie – Dog & Cat

Honestly, they are not going to add anything to the Company apart from barking whilst we are on the phone or sitting in front of the computer as Goldie is prone to do but they are part of the family. So please, if you ring and the dog is going mad – we are not being attacked, it is probably that the cat is trying to get out the cat flap without asking the dogs permission!

“I look forward to Tasha’s visits, she is my perfect PA and she cheers me up no end. Nothing is to much for her. Preparing for a recent family visit she helped me make the house look lovely and even cooked some cakes. Thank you A Perfect PA.”
